Yes, the included adjustable mount will fit on a picatinny rail.
How long do the batteries last?
The light W403iC drains one battery at a time, but the deluxe kit comes with two batteries. Each battery will last roughly 2.5 hours when used at full power when the batteries are completely charged. That means you get about 5 hours of continuous run time on full power. If you dim the light down, it will increase the run time. You can also charge one battery while the other is in use, so you can potentially extend the run time further.
